Software Pricing — How SyntrixCode Prices Its Work
Answering “how much does it cost?” with a single number wouldn't be honest — software isn't a single product. The gap between a booking page and a multi-warehouse ERP is the gap between a bicycle and a truck. But the cost drivers are knowable; we spell them out here so you can read any quote and know what you're paying for and why.
Below you'll find why we don't publish a price list, the line items that set the price, the licence models, scope by solution and what happens in a discovery call.
Why we don't publish a fixed price list
Because scope sets the price. A fixed list either overcharges you (paying for modules you don't need) or underprices the work (a miscalculated scope breaks the project later). Both endings are bad.
The right method: we clarify scope first, and the price follows. Clarifying scope is exactly what we do in the free discovery call — we listen to your processes and figure out what you actually need.
The 5 line items that set the price
Scope and modules
How many screens, workflows and modules? “Let's take orders” can be one screen or ten. Scope is the biggest driver.
Users and terminals
How many users, registers, tablets, branches? A single-register shop and a multi-terminal chain don't carry the same licence load.
Integrations
E-invoicing, banking, shipping, fiscal printers, marketplaces, your existing accounting — each integration is separate technical work, testing and maintenance.
Setup and training
Entering data, building the workflow, training staff and first-week support are real effort and should be named in the quote.
Maintenance and support
Post-launch fixes, security updates, new features and hosting. What annual maintenance covers (response time, support hours) should be written down upfront.
Two licence models: which fits whom?
One-time licence
Higher in year one but usually wins on total cost of ownership over three to four years. Fits businesses with healthy cash flow planning for the long term.
Monthly subscription
Eases cash flow and usually includes updates and support. Fits businesses that want a low starting budget and prefer to spread the cost.
Scope by solution: what sets the price?
Below are the main cost drivers for each solution. We don't publish a verified price range — the number comes out of a discovery call based on your scope. Click a solution to see what it covers.
| Solution | Main cost drivers |
|---|---|
| Restaurant POS & Ordering System | Branches and terminals (registers/tablets), QR menu, kitchen display (KDS), inventory/recipes, delivery, fiscal printer and platform integrations. |
| ERP Systems | Number of modules (inventory, purchasing, production, accounting), users, integrations and data migration from your current system. |
| B2B / B2C Platforms | Number of dealers, custom price lists and discount rules, account integration, B2B/B2C channels and payment/terms flow. |
| Company Management Panels | Number of screens and roles, modules (customers, quotes, tasks, staff, revenue), field/mobile use and reporting needs. |
| Hairdresser & Beauty Center | Staff/branch count, online booking page, SMS/WhatsApp reminder volume, customer history and commission/revenue reports. |
| Gym Management | Member count, access control method (QR/card/turnstile), class/PT scheduling, payment reminders and multi-branch/franchise reporting. |
| Digital Invitation & Event Page | Ready theme vs custom design, feature set (RSVP, map, countdown, gallery), guest/gallery capacity and how long it stays live. |

What happens in the free discovery call?
1. We listen to your processes
We discuss how your business works today and where you lose the most time and money. The goal isn't to sell software — it's to find the right scope.
2. We clarify scope together
We decide which modules to start with and what comes now versus later. If something isn't needed, we'll say “you don't need this.”
3. We send an itemised quote
Based on the agreed scope, we prepare a transparent, itemised quote that includes the licence model. You see what you're paying for and why.
